Roadside bomb explodes in Aden

A powerful explosion has rocked the al-Mamdara area of Sheikh Othman district in the southern Yemeni port city of Aden on Sunday morning, pro-coalition media reported

According to local media, a roadside bomb exploded and targeted the house of the police chief of Al-Mamdara, who is appointed by the occupying forces of Salah Sheikh in Sheikh Othman District.

The bomb was planted by unknown gunmen near a car belonging to the police chief in the same area.

The sources pointed out that armed clashes broke out near a security checkpoint set up by the so-called Security Belt forces at the district following the explosion.

Aden province and the rest of the occupied governorates have been witnessing bloody conflicts between the tools of aggression of the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
