Abdulaziz Jabbari, deputy speaker of parliament loyal to Hadi, predicted a near fall of the city of Ma’rib by Yemeni army forces.
This is first recognition by a senior official of so-called legitimacy the progress of Sana’a forces in this strategic province.
Jabbari, in an interview with the “Balqees” TV, which broadcasts from Turkey, attacked the role of the Saudi-Emirati coalition in Yemen, and demanded the departure of their forces from Yemen.
He said the coalition had failed the government’s military and economic role and sedated it to serve its interests.
Jabbari added that the coalition was preventing parliament from holding a meeting in Aden and that Hadi would not return to Aden.
