Iraqi resistance organisation Kata’ib Hezbollah has stated on Tuesday that the rocket attack in the Al-Radwaniyah area of Baghdad “bears the imprint of the CIA and their aides.”
“The criminal operation that hit children in Radwaniyah yesterday bears the fingerprints of the CIA and their associates,” Kata’ib Hezbollah said in a statement
The statement called for the formation of a joint specialized committee between the Popular Mobilisation Forces and the Ministry of thr Interior to undertake an investigation of this attack and similar ones.
Five Iraqi civilians were killed on Monday, when rocket explosions hit near Bagdad Airport. The United States was quick to blame the anti-imperialist resistance movements in Iraq, such as the Popular Mobilisation Forces that played a key role in defeating Daesh, for the attack.
