The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias have launched a new recruitment process for young people and teenagers in Abyan province, southern Yemen.
This was reported by Yemen News Portal, based on local sources. Sources said the STC forces have begun mass recruitment of young people in the October 7th camp.
The new recruitment process indicates that by engaging in this recruitment drive, the STC is ignoring the Riyadh Agreement that they signed with the Saudi-led Hadi puppet government.
The sources added that the UAE-backed militias are undergoing intensive training to join the fronts of the fighting against forces loyal to Hadi in the fronts of Al-Tarya and Sheikh Salem in Abyan.
