Citizens found on Monday a body of a doctor after he was killed in Lahj province, southern Yemen.
This was reported by Yemen Press Agency, based on local sources.
According to a local source, Dr. Nashat Afif Ali Thabet was killed by unknown gunmen who ransacked his car between Al-Lujain area of Abyan province and Radfan Al-Mallah area in Lahj.
The gunmen threw the doctor’s body in the desert between Abyan and Lahj, the source added.
Dr. Nashat works as a dentist and he is son of the consultant cardiology Dr. Afif Thabet. His family had announced a few days ago that he was missing in Abyan province.
