At least three killed in clashes between coalition factions in Mocha

At least three militants were killed and six others wounded in violent clashes broke out on Sunday between Saudi-led coalition factions in the coastal city of Mocha, west of Taiz province.

This was reported by Yemen News Agency, based on local sources.

Local source in the city said that the clashes erupted between recruits from Mocha’s security directorate, and gunmen affiliated with the so-called “Abu Al-Abbas Brigades” in ‘Al-Arouk’ neighborhood.

The sources added that among the dead was one of Abu al-Abbas’s gunmen, noting that the clashes took place against the backdrop of a dispute over a plot of land in the city.
