Second prisoner exchange in a week takes place in Yemen

The National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs said on Wednesday that the committee conducted a new prisoner exchange with Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in the Dhalea front.

According to chairman of the committee, Abdul Qadir al-Murtadha, at least 15 prisoners of the army and Popular Committees were freed during an exchange deal in Dhalea Front through local mediation.

The exchange deal was the second in a week, after the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs announced on December 3rd that six prisoners of war had been freed through local mediation in Ma’rib.
