Dozens of activists and citizens have organised a protest on Sunday denouncing the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias over the looting of a car showroom in Aden, local sources said.
The protest took place in Sheikh Othman district , according to the sources.
The protesters demanded that that the looted money and cars are returned and a transparent investigation be opened into the incident.
A while back, STC forces stormed the al-Nasr car showroom in al-Mamdara area and looted some 230 million in Yemeni riyals as well as 35 cars, and even kidnapped a number of employees
