The head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtadha, revealed on Tuesday the liberation of seven Yemeni prisoners, in a prisoner exchange won through local mediation in the Lahj front.
“At least seven prisoners of the army and the Popular Committees were freed today, in a prisoner swap through local mediation at the Lahj front,” Al-Murtadha said on his Twitter account.

On the ninth of December, 15 prisoners held by Saudi-led invaders were already liberated in an earlier exchange process at the Dhalea front.
