The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Yemen, Hassan Irlou, has on Monday commented on the US decision to designate Ansarullah as a terrorist organisation.
In a tweet on Monday, Hassan Irlou confirmed that the United States “does not have a will of its own, as it plans to designate Ansarullah as a foreign “terrorist organisation” under the pressure of the Zionist entity.”
“The usurper Zionist entity does not want stability and peace in Yemen, but the people of Yemen, the peoples of the region and the free people in the world will surprise Israel and its protectors with more support for this blessed movement,” he added.
According to Reuters, the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced Monday that the State Department will notify Congress of its intention to designate Ansarullah as a “foreign terrorist organisation”.
