Israeli tanks have targeted several areas in the Gaza Strip in Palestine on Tuesday evening.
The Al-Maghazi and al-Barij areas in the center of Gaza, Beit Hanoun and al-Zaytoun areas in the north, and Khan Yunis in the south were among the areas targeted by the Zionist regime.
In a statement released on Tuesday night, the Israeli occupation army said its tanks had attacked outposts belonging to the Hamas resistance movement in Gaza.
Hamas-linked media also reported that the Israeli assault had lightly injured at least one Gaza resident.
