Two-headed cow born in northern Yemen, likely result of Saudi use of banned weaponry

The Yemen Press Agency has on Wednesday obtained pictures of a calf born with two heads, two ears, two mouths and four eyes in the Farwa village of Sahar district of Saada province, northern Yemen.

A veterinary field team from the Agriculture Office in the province went to the village as soon as a report arrived that there was a case of the difficult birth of a cow, according to Dr. Mohammed Al-Dhorani, the public relations official at the Yemeni Veterinarian Syndicate.

Dr. Al-Dhorani added that a cesarean section was performed for the cow.

He confirmed that the birth of a two-headed calf is similar to many birth cases of deformed children across Yemen, likely a result of forbidden weaponry used by the Saudi-led coalition in the bombing of the Yemeni people, especially in Saada province.
