Yemeni forces have launched two separate attacks targeting important targets in both Jeddah and Khamis Mushait, located deep in Saudi Arabia, on Thursday morning, the Yemeni military spokesman said in a statement.
Official spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e, confirmed that the missile force fired a Quds-2 type winged missile, targeting the Aramco distribution station in the major Saudi city of Jeddah.
“The missile hit its target with high accuracy,” Sare’e added.
Moreover, the air force conducted a drone attack targeting an important target at the King Khalid base in Khamis Mushait.
Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e said that a Qasef-2K drone was used in the attack, which hit the intended target at the airport.
“These attacks come in response to the aggression’s aerial bombardment and its continued siege on Yemen,” he added.
