Five Yemeni soldiers freed in new prisoner swap deal

The head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtadha, has revealed on Tuesday the liberation of five Yemeni prisoners in a prisoner exchange won through local mediation in Ma’rib front.

“Five prisoners of the army and the Popular Committees were freed today, in a prisoner swap through local mediation at the Ma’rib front,” Al-Murtadha said on his Twitter account.

Last Friday, six prisoners of the army were released in exchange swap through local mediation on the same front.
