10 new Covid-19 deaths in Coalition-held parts of Yemen

Health authorities in Saudi-led coalition-backed government on Friday have recorded 10 deaths and 91 new infections caused by Covid-19 in the occupied provinces during the past 24 hours.

The Control Committee tasked with confronting the coronavirus said in a tweet that it had recorded 34 cases in Aden, 31 cases in Hadhramaut, 11 cases in Taiz, 10 cases in Mahrah, three cases in Shabwah and two cases in Lahj

The committee added that it has recorded 10 death cases, six in Hadhramaut, two in Taiz and two others in Mahrah, in addition to recording nine recovery cases in Hadhramaut, Aden and Shabwah provinces.

According to the committee, the total number of cases of the new coronavirus Covid-19 has risen to (3217) cases, including (733) deaths and (1529) recoveries.
