At least 30 members of the Saudi-led coalition were killed, including leaders, and dozens wounded on Thursday during fierce battles with Yemeni army forces on the desert fronts in Jawf province.

Among the coalition’s deaths was Nashtan bin Ali Al-Shayef, commander of a military strike towards Al-Khanjar area, while Brigadier General Haykal Hanaf, commander of the so-called Northern Axis of the coalition forces, was wounded. In addition, several commanders were injured and transferred for treatment in Najran hospitals.

The raging confrontations between the Yemeni army forces backed by the Popular Committees, and the Saudi-led invaders continue in the Al-Yatama desert, amid accelerating collapses and heavy losses among the coalition forces.
