The National Center for Returnees in Sana’a has on Sunday received a defecting commander of the so-called Central Security Forces on the west coast, Brigadier General Adel Al- Khubaji.
During the reception, Brigadier General Al-Khubaji explained that the mercenary forces in the west coast region are suffering from bad morale and a deteriorating psychological situation, as a result of the sharp divisions and disagreements in their ranks.
