A pair of newly born conjoined twins has died just hours after being born at Al-Sabeen Maternal Hospital in the Yemeni capital Sana’a on Tuesday.
The mother, named Dalal and 29, gave birth to twins who were attached at the chest and abdomen. Sadly, the twins died of poor hospital healthcare conditions due to aggression and blockade imposed by Saudi-led aggression forces.
This is second of its kind in months at the same maternity and childhood hospital.
Last December, conjoined twins were born at Al-Sabeen Maternal Hospital. They were taken to a specialised hospital in Jordan for a thorough separation surgery there.
