King Khalid air base attacked with third Yemeni drone strike

The Yemeni Air Force carried out a retaliatory attack on the King Khalid Air Base in the south-west of Saudi Arabia, near Khamis Mushait.

“King Khalid air base was targeted by a Qasef-2K drone at dawn Monday,” the spokesman for the Armed Forces Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e said.

“The new strike was accurate and hit its target successfully,” he added.

“This operation comes in the course of the legitimate and natural right to address the aggression and its continued blockade against dear Yemen,” Sare’e emphasized.

This is the third attack in less than 48 hours.
