The head of the Yemeni national negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdusalam, on Tuesday affirmed that the arrival of medicine, food and oil derivatives to the Yemeni people is a guaranteed right unconditionally in all circumstances.
“Allowing the entry of a fuel ship from time to time and then describing this as an achievement […] is an unparalleled absurdity,” Abdulsalam said in a message on his account on Twitter.

The top diplomat also once again expressed his rejection of any sort of bartering or blackmail deals on terms of human rights that are guaranteed to all mankind.
