The head of the Yemeni negotiation delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam, has confirmed that “those who can stop the war are the aggressors.”
“Our position on the aggression against our country is purely defensive, and those who can stop the aggression and end the siege are those attacking Yemen with military aggression and economic blockade,” Mohammed Abdulsalam wrote on Friday evening.
موقفنا من العدوان على بلدنا هو دفاعي ومن بيده وقف العدوان وانهاء الحصار هو الذي اعتدى على اليمن عدوانا عسكريا وحصاراً اقتصادياً ومطالبة المُدافع عن نفسه بالتوقف عن الدفاع والصمت عن الحصار إستسلام مرفوض تأباه الفطرة السليمة،والتضحيات التي قُدمت، والصمود الإسطوري للشعب اليمني .

“Asking the defender to stop defending himself while keeping silent about the blockade, is an unacceptable surrender that is rejected by good nature and by the sacrifices made by steadfastness of the Yemeni people,” he explained .
