The illegal US occupation military base at al-Omar oil field in Deir Ezzor countryside, Syria, was targeted on Sunday evening with a missile attack for the second time in less than a week, Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported.
According to SANA, several missiles fell on Sunday evening inside the US occupation military base at al-Omar oil field in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside.
The agency pointed out that the US occupation forces closed the area that was targeted by the attack, and hence it was not known whether the attack caused injuries or deaths among the occupation troops.
The aforementioned US occupation base had already been targeted on June 28th with an earlier missile attack.
The US has established illegal military bases for its occupation of several areas of the Syrian al-Jazeera region, especially in the oil fields, in order to exploit the natural wealth of the area in cooperation with their mercenaries of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militia.
