Unidentified gunmen assassinated in front of a mosque on Thursday in Lahj province, southern Yemen, Yemen News Portal reported, citing local sources.
According to the source, the assailants fired at Sheikh Srour Ali Abdullah al-Yafei as he was leaving from the mosque after dawn prayer in the Habileen area in Radfan district, killing him instantly .
