Human rights organisation Rights Radar has on Monday called on the Saudi authorities to release a Yemeni citizen who has been detained in Al-Shumaisi prison in the holy city of Mecca since two years ago, despite a ruling for his release.
The Rights Radar foundation, which is based in the Netherlands, called on the Saudi authorities to release Mohammed Abdullah Waheeb, who hails from Al-Tahita district south of Hodeidah and has been detained in ward 63 in Al-Shumaisi prison for the past two years.

The organisation reported that Waheeb is still detained, despite a clear judicial ruling issued for his release from the 15th Individual Criminal Chamber of the Criminal Court in Mecca.
