US occupation forces have on Thursday escorted out a convoy loaded with stolen Syrian oil territory to northern Iraq through the illegal Al-Waleed crossing.
“A convoy of US forces, consisting of 25 tankers, loaded with stolen oil from Syrian land, headed to Iraqi territory through the illegal Al-Waleed crossing,” news agency SANA quoted local sources as saying.
The sources pointed out that the convoy was accompanied by a number of four-wheel drive vehicles equipped with various machine guns, belonging to the US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” militias.
Over the past months, American forces have illegally smuggled hundreds of trucks loaded with stolen Syrian oil and other resources, in coordination with SDF mercenaries, to Iraqi territory with the intention of selling it on the black market.
