Head of Yemeni negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdusalam, accused the United States of America of being behind the failure to reach a political solution in Yemen.
“The US intervention in Yemen has led to the violation of national sovereignty through brutal aggression, and America brought Saudi Arabia and the UAE for that and worked to activate Al-Qaeda and ISIS,” Abdulsalam said in a tweet on his account on Twitter on Wednesday.

He confirmed that the US-backed Saudi-led coalition imposed a stifling economic blockade that resulted in disasters affecting all aspects of life, and that “America was the one who prevented a political solution from being reached.”
