President of Yemen Mahdi al-Mashat stressed that the battle against the US-Saudi aggression is “not only a military battle, but is a battle on all political, economic, social and security levels.”
President al-Mashat pointed out that “military battle is the last thing the enemy does when it is incapable at the various levels,” adding that “if the enemy is unable to achieve plots with a security and a social battle, it enters the military battle.”
He added: “Our responsibility is great, whether there is aggression or not, towards the Yemeni people, to preserve this environment of resistance that rejects humiliation.”
“Responsibility requires us to work hard, at all levels, and it is imperative that we have a religious duty before national responsibility to rise to the highest level.”
He continued: “The responsibility requires us to be serious, each in his field of work, to achieve more successes, and God intervenes in many of these successes.”
Mahdi al-Mashat pointed out that “aggression, siege, starvation, injustice, and moral, political and social targeting of citizens, at all levels, requires us to redouble efforts and pay more attention and to watch over the life of the citizens.”
He stressed that at the forefront of this responsibility is the protection of citizen from activities of the enemy, explaining by saying: “The security and intelligence services work primarily to protect the citizen, so that the enemy does not reach them with his activities and programs.”
