UAE occupation forces have imposed a new price on oil derivatives in the Socotra province of Yemen.
According to local sources, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)’s station on the island has imposed the price of a 20 liter gallon of gasoline at 13,000 riyals.
The sources affirmed that the new pricing by the ADNOC sparked a wave of anger among the people and fishermen of the province, whi considered these measures part of the war waged by the UAE against the residents of the island.
The stations of Yemeni businessman Ahmed Al-Eisi have been closing their doors on the island for nearly four months, as a result of UAE forces preventing the unloading of oil derivatives on the island they are occupying.
