Zionist media has reported that the last two of the Gilboa prison escapees have been rearrested, following an illegal Israeli military raid in the Palestinian city of Jenin, in the north of the West Bank.
After 13 days of large-scale sweep operations throughout the occupied Palestine using high-tech systems, Israeli forces re-arrested Munadel Infeiat and Ayham Kamanji during the raid.
The two Palestinian resistance member were re-arrested in a joint operation by the Zionist armed FORCES (IDF), the Shin Bet security service, and the Yamam police unit, the military said in a statement.
The arrest of the last two of Gilboa’s six escapees came a week after the arrest of the four others: Mahmoud Arda, Zakaria Zubaidi, Yaaqob Qadri and Mohammad Arda, whom have all been held amid concerns of torture and human rights abuses. Zakaria Zubaidi ws hospitalised soon after his arrest, reportedly due to severe torture he endured at the hands of the Zionist invaders.
The six Palestinian prisoners managed to free themselves on September 6 2021, from Gilbao maximum-security prison, through a secret tunnel they had dug beneath the prison.
