Member of the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, said on Wednesday that closing the Yemeni embassy in Lebanon is better than accepting “a mercenary ambassador who certainly does not represent the Republic of Yemen.”
This came in a tweet by Mohammed al-Houthi addressed to Lebanon, after the Saudi-led Hadi puppet government summoned its ambassador to Lebanon to consult on the statements of Information Minister George Kurdahi.
Mohammed al-Houthi added “when Saudi foreign policy recovers, many problems will be solved both in Lebanon and elsewhere, and [Riyadh] will know the importance of peace and realism for its neighbours and Arab surroundings, and recognise the absurdity of its wars and diplomatic crises.”
