At least two civilians were killed, while one civilian and six soldiers were wounded in an Israeli aggression on the Syrian city of Homs on Wednesday morning, a military source said.
The attack, which took place at around 1:26 in the morning, also caused material damage, the source added.
Media in Homs reported that two civilians were killed and a third one was injured when shrapnel from an Israeli aggression’s rocket landed near a civilian building on the western side of Homs.
Fire engines and civil defence forces were able to put out the fires caused by the Zionist aggression on some locations on the outskirts of the southern city.
Earlier, Syrian air defences intercepted Zionist missiles fired by hostile aircraft from over Lebanese airspace, attempting to target military positions in the vicinity of Homs from the south-west.
