The Hadhramaut Human Rights Commission has called on Sunday for a comprehensive campaign of civil disobedience in Mukalla city, the provincial capital.
Local sources said that the call for civil disobedience received a wide response from citizens and shop owners, due to the deterioration of the value of Yemen’s currency in comparison to foreign money, and the collapse of the economy in the southern provinces that are controlled by the Saudi-led coalition.
