The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes have launched a new series of airstrikes on residential neighbourhoods in the Yemeni capital of Sana’a, a security official said.
The official explained that the coalition warplanes conducted two airstrikes on the September 21 Park, in the northwest of the capital, while a third raid was launched on the Dhabwa area in the Sanhan District.
The airstrikes on Sana’a came after the aggression launched 32 prior raids, including 19 raids on the Usaylan district in Shabwah province, 12 raids on Al-Balaq area in the Al-Wadi district and al-Jubah district of Ma’rib province, and one raid on the Hays district of Hodeidah province.
The US-Saudi aggression continues to target civilian neighbourhoods and populated areas and destroy the infrastructure of the country, in an attempt to force Yemen to surrender.
