At least two civilians were killed and three others were wounded on Saturday in a shooting in the Khormaksar district of Aden province, southern Yemen, local sources reported.
The sources explained that a gunman opened fire in a popular market in Khormaksar, killing two people, one of whom was a qat seller, and wounding three passers-by, who were transferred to Al-Jumhuriya Hospital.
This incident comes as a result of the permanent state of insecurity and the spread of armed gangs amid the complete absence of security services in the city.
