Hundreds of mourners flocked to perform funeral prayers for the 5 years old, and attend his burial in the Zawia cemetery in the province of Chefchaouen.
The surroundings of the Ighran roundabout, in which the funeral of the child Rayan was held, witnessed significant security reinforcements, according to the Moroccan newspaper Hespress.
Rayan, fell into a dry, narrow well of about 32 meters deep last Tuesday.
