Several people were killed and wounded in a suicide bombing in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu on Thursday, Somali police reported.
Local media quoted police as saying that a a suicide bomber blew himself up at a busy intersection in central Mogadishu near the presidential palace and a polling station.
This comes a day after another suicide bomber attacked a restaurant in the northeastern Somali city of Bosaso, leaving at least four dead and seven injured.
