Former Hadi minister reveals major Saudi defeat in Haradh

A former minister in the Saudi-backed exiled Hadi government has revealed a military setback targeing the Saudi-led coalition in the outskirts of Haradh district of Hajjah province, northern Yemen.

Former Minister of Transport, Saleh al-Jabwani, affirmed on Twitter that “Saudi Arabia failed in the war on Yemen, and suffered a major military setback despite the participation of a mechanised brigade in the battle of Haradh border.”

Al-Jabwani said: “The Saudis robbed the government’s decision power and did not succeed militarily in supporting Hadi’s forces nor in the battles to defend its army.”

He pointed out that “Saudi Arabia has been following the same approach for 7 years and it have not achieved a significant result.”

This came after the coalition media outlets published fictitious reports of non-existing victories during the past days in Haradh district.
