Dozens of Yemeni passengers on Flight 603 have been stranded on a Yemenia Airways planes for six hours at Cairo Airport , well-informed sources reported.
“The passengers of Flight 603 on Yemen Airways from Cairo to Aden have been stuck on the plane since 12:00 PM so far, the plane has not taken off and has not been returned to the airport campus. All passengers are stuck inside,” Ahmad al-Basha said in a post on his Facebook page.
He added that “dozens of patients have been trapped inside the plane for more than 6 hours, some of them in poor health conditions. No solutions have been found, nor has a justification from the crew been issued.
The crew of the plane did not give an appropriate justification. They said that the plane suffered a malfunction in the cargo gate, but at other times they say the departure permit from the alliance has expired.”
