The Syrian Defense Ministry said that “Israel” has carried out an attack with a number of rockets from the occupied Golan Heights targeting some points near Quneitra, in the southwest of the country.
A military source said: “At around 12:30 AM on Wednesday, the Israeli enemy carried out an aggression with a number of surface-to-surface missiles from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting some points in the vicinity of Quneitra, resulting in some material casualties.”
This is the second Israeli attack on Syrian territory in less than a week.
The official news agency SANA reported on February 17th that an Israeli missile attack targeted southern Damascus.
