Member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, had commented on The Saudi-based Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)’s remarks , regarding possibly inviting Ansarullah ti consultations in the Saudi capital of Riyadh later this month.
“What is being reported and circulated in the media outlets about the Gulf Council’s invitation for dialogue: in fact, it is Riyadh’s call,” al-Houthi said.
“Riyadh is a key party in the war, not a mediator.”
