The Yemeni Armed Forces have on Wednesday released details and video footage of an offensive against positions of Saudi-led mercenaries in Hayran and Bani Hassan districts of Hajjah province in northwestern Yemen.
The Armed Forces confirmed that all military units took part in this wide-scale operation.
According to the statement, the operation resulted in the liberation of 11 villages as well as dozens of sites that cover some 26 square kilometers.
Moreover, the operation left more than 200 mercenaries, including Sudanese mercenaries, killed or injured, and damaged different kinds of military vehicles and equipment.
The forces of aggression attempted to provide aerial support by launching dozens of airstrikes, but failed to hinder the progress of the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees.
