Sayyid Abdul-Malik al-Houthi: burning of Qur'an in Sweden sign of hostility towards Islam

The Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, has on Wednesday said that “the burning of the Holy Qur’an by enemies in Sweden expresses malice, hatred, and intense hostility towards Muslims and the Islamic religion.”

During his nineteenth Ramadan lecture, which was aired this evening, Sayyid Abdul-Malik al-Houthi said that “this crime is a great provocation to Muslims.”

He pointed out that “the enemies of Islam hate Muslims on the religious and faith level and express their hatred at all times by all means.”

Sayyid al-Houthi stressed the need for the Islamic nation to move, protest and raise its voice in the face of all provocations by the enemies.
