Zionist entity attacks southern Lebanon with artillery shelling

The Israeli occupation entity fired a number of artillery shells at areas in southern Lebanon early on Monday, according to a statement issued by the Islamic Resistance’s military media.

“At 1:55 AM on Monday, Israeli artillery fired 6 shells at Alma Al-Shaab town, ten shells at the vicinity of Dhaira town and eight shells at Bassil Mount west of Ramieh town,” the Military Media Center said in a statement.

It added that the Israei occupation also launched around 20 flare bombs over border towns of Shihin, Zibkin and Merwaheen.

At 3:30 the shelling was renewed, with nine shells fired at Tei Harfa town, according to the statement.

Israeli occupation claimed earlier on Sunday that a rocket was launched from Lebanese territories at the settlement of Shlomi.
