he Special Envoy of the UN Secretary-General to Yemen, Hans Grundberg has on Thursday confirmed that the Yemeni parties have reiterated their commitment to uphold the truce.
In a brief statement published by the office of the UN Envoy, Hans Grundberg said that “the parties have reiterated their commitment to uphold the truce. We are working tirelessly to help them identify solutions to resume flights from Sana’a. We also continue pushing for progress on opening roads in Taiz and other governorates.”
He called on all parties to work constructively and in good faith to prioritise the interests of Yemeni civilians.
