Hamas threatens to "burn down Tel Aviv" if Zionist entity resumes assassination operations

The Palestinian Islamic resistance movement Hamas has on Saturday warned the Zionist occupation entity against carrying out further assassinations against its leaders, threatening they wil burn down Tel Aviv if this Zionist policy continues.

Hamas, through mediators in Egypt warned that the return of Zionist assassination policy would mean the return of bombing operations in Zionist-controlled cities.

Informed sources told Al-Mayadeen TV channel that recent contacts between Hamas and Egypt, through mediators, focused on stopping the attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque.

“Hamas demanded that the occupation stops its the incursions into Al-Aqsa and restore the situation to what it was in 2000,” mediators said.

According to the sources, the movement conveyed to the Egyptians a message that it “is not indifferent to the occupation’s threats to assassinate its leaders,” and that “the price of such foolishness is known to the enemy.”
