The head of the Yemeni negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam, has said on Tuesday that the terms of the UN-sponsored military and humanitarian truce are clear and unambiguous.
“Whoever creates other conditions is obstructing the armistice,” he affirmed on Twitter.
بنود الهدنة واضحة ولا لبس فيها تنص على وقف العمليات العسكرية وفتح ميناء الحديدة لعدد معين من السفن وفتح مطار صنعاء لرحلتين أسبوعيا وإلى وجهتين الأردن ومصر ومن يختلق أي شروط أخرى فهو من يعرقل تنفيذ الهدنة،ويفترض بما هو إنساني التعامل معه دون أي تسييس.

“The terms of the armistice are stipulating the cessation of military operations, the opening of Hodeidah port and Sana’a Airport for two flights per week to Jordan and Egypt, as well as dealing with humanitarian side without any politicisation,” Abdulsalam added.
