A Yemeni Airlines flight has arrived at Sana’a International Airport on Monday evening, coming from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which is the first since the beginning of the UN-brokered truce.
The Undersecretary of the General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology, Raed Jabal, said that the civil commercial flight that arrived at Sana’a Airport carried aboard 60 citizens of expatriates and students who had been stranded abroad in the diaspora countries.
Jabal called on the United Nations to double the number of flights, according to the provisions of the humanitarian truce, which includes a total of 16 flights.
He pointed out that the flight received all technical and professional services in accordance with international requirements, confirming the operational, technical and professional readiness of Sana’a Airport.
