Mohammad Abdulsalam calls for making up lost flights scheduled for last month

The head of the Yemeni negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam, has called for compensating the scheduled flights in the UN-sponsored humanitarian armistice.

Abdulsalam said on Twitter: “The terms of the armistice stipulate two flights per week to two specific destinations, Amman and Cairo, which the countries of the Saudi-led coalition did not abide by. They wasted a month and a half of the armistice time without any trip to and from Sana’a International Airport.”

“What the situation requires is speeding up the scheduled flights and making use of the remaining time to that missed,” he added.
