The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, stressed that the one who is besieging Taiz and all Yemen is the US-Saudi aggression, holding the Saudi-backed side responsible for preventing opening the roads.
During his meeting with the dignitaries and sheikhs of Taiz governorate, Wednesday, Sayyid Abdul-Malik said: “Taiz is a symbol of steadfastness and sincere patriotism, which had great position in confronting the aggression that targeted it and the whole country.”
He added: “Taiz Governorate is also a symbol for the oppression that it suffered as a result of the US-Saudi aggression and made a large part of the target against it.”
He continued, “We will not forget the heinous crimes and systematic destruction of infrastructure that the US-Saudi aggression committed in Taiz governorate”.
Regarding opening the roads, he said, “We affirmed our readiness to open roads to serve the citizens and are ready to do so in an initiative, even if there is no agreement with the Saudi-backed party”.
Sayyid Abdul-Malik pointed out that the aggression is targeting Taiz governorate by spreading security chaos so that there is no stable situation, expressing his hope that there will be attention to address all the grievances in Taiz governorate.
He noted that “our generations will never accept submission to occupation and foreign tutelage,” explaining: “We know that sacrifices we offer are little in return for losses we may pay if we accept humiliation and occupations.”
Speaking on the Military Industries, the Leader of the Revolution confirmed that the Armed Forces’ priority at this stage is to confront the aggression, noting that “the US-Saudi aggression is preparing for an escalation in the next stage.”
Sayyid Abdul-Malik promised that “the military industries sector will be one of the best industrial sectors at the regional level,” noting that preparations are continuing to have drones that reach further extents with greater efficiency and more advanced technologies.
He also explained that, “today, we possess long-range and highly accurate missiles that modern US-made technologies have failed to confront,” noting that “the Saudis sought the help of the whole world to obtain any defense systems to shoot down our missiles until they are recently begging them from the Israeli enemy.”
“We will defeat the aggression and liberate all of our homeland and will not allow the continuation of the aggression and siege,” he confirmed.
Regarding the aggression and Normalization, Sayyed Abdul-Malik pointed out that the US-Saudi aggression aims to reassure the Israeli side of any role that Yemen can play.
“Who leads the normalization with Israeli enemy is the one who carries out the aggression against our country, ” he said, referring to the Saudi regime .
He stressed that “the US and the West are seeking to remove all obstacles in the region to the Israeli enemy under the title of normalization,” explaining that the American and Western policy towards the region and Yemen is based on a plan to target all the free people of the nation to serve the Israeli enemy.
Sayyid Abdul-Malik further stressed that “the traitors do not represent Yemeni people. Yemeni people are fighting the battle of liberation and independence. No one in this world can confiscate from the people of Yemen their freedom, independence and dignity.”
