At least three children have died due to asphyxiation after a fire broke out in a house in Yemen’s southern port city of Aden.
This was reported by Yemen News Portal on Wednesday, based on testimonies of local sources.
According to the sources, a fire erupted at a house on the Dhafar Street in Sheikh Othman district, leading to asphyxiation of three children between the ages of 12 and 15.
The fire also caused injuries and damages to the house. It is reported that no civil defence or rescue services intervened to help the inhabitants.
